Gestalt in Organizations is a two-year professional development program that integrates the Gestalt approach, systems thinking, and the practice of organizational consulting.
The first year of the program (Level I – Foundations of Gestalt Practice) is devoted to building the Gestalt foundation: developing phenomenological sensitivity and understanding field theory and contact processes. Participants learn the language of process analysis, explore their own ways of interaction, and learn to use themselves as an instrument of professional work. The group becomes a learning space where the experience of relationships is transformed into professional hypotheses and skills.
In the second year (Level II – Specialization in Organizational Gestalt), this foundation is transferred into the context of organizations. Participants learn to see the organization as a field of processes and relationships, conduct diagnostics of organizational dynamics, and work with the role of the consultant, leadership, and the distribution of power. The program includes case analysis, supervision, the practice of interventions, and the preparation of the participant's own organizational case study.
