Enrollment Open for Specialization in Couples Psychotherapy

We are pleased to announce the opening of enrollment for the Specialization in Couples Psychotherapy.

Instructor: Tatiana Velenta-Grinina, PhD, Director of the Baltic Institute of Psychotherapy, Gestalt therapist, supervisor, experienced family psychologist, and educator.

This program is an introductory (basic) course in couples psychotherapy.

IN ONE YEAR OF STUDY, YOU WILL:

  • Learn about the functions and parameters of the marital subsystem.
  • Acquire diagnostic skills to identify signs of dysfunctional relationships and determine the causes and content of family crises.
  • Develop the ability to formulate systemic psychotherapeutic hypotheses and design therapeutic strategies for working with couples.
  • Familiarize yourself with effective techniques and methods for psychotherapeutic work with couples, ranging from genograms and structural experiments to emotionally focused therapy.

The program consists of 5 blocks. Each block includes 1 theoretical seminar (20 hours) and 1 practical workshop (8 hours). Meetings are held once a month.

This program is designed for psychologists, psychotherapists, and students in psychotherapy programs.

Duration and Cost of Training:

The total duration of the program is 10 months.

Cost of 1 block (2 months: seminar + workshop) is 350 euros.
